Returns
DOMESTIC RETURNS
- Domestic returns are free with REDO insurance and eligible for a full refund if postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Items returned after 14 days will not be accepted. If you would like to return your purchase, please click RETURNS to begin the process.
- Full-priced items, unless marked Sale, may be returned for full refund to the original method of payment.
- Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unwashed, unworn, with tags in place. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless REDO Return Insurance is purchased at check out.
- If you wish to receive an online credit, please select gift card return on the returns page.
- Items purchased on sale are Final Sale and therefore not eligible for return or exchange. No exceptions. Additionally, no discount codes can be applied to sale items. Pippa & Pearl does not extend price adjustments or partial refunds on orders made prior to the promotion.
- All accessories and shoes are Final Sale, no exceptions.
- Swimwear is Final Sale, exceptions may be for exchange in sizing.
- If you receive an item which is damaged, you must contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery.
- Pippa & Pearl reserves the right to deny any return if the merchandise returned does not comply with our Returns policy.
- Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We are able to accommodate direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange, please specify so on the Return portal.
- Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. Customer service will contact you via email if an item has been backordered or if there are any other issues with your order.
- We are unable to offer price adjustments on any purchases.
To serve you better, Pippa & Pearl will begin to process your order immediately after you click the Submit Order Button. Unless stated in the product description, orders will be shipped within 2 business days. Pre-orders are shipped according to the date listed in the product description.
Seel Return Assurance:
You can purchase Seel Return Assurance at checkout if you want the option to return final sale items and receive a refund. If you choose to not purchase Seel Return Assurance, your purchase is final sale. You can learn more about Seel Return Assurance by clicking here.
Returns with AfterPay: If you return a product where you paid with AfterPay, you are still responsible for finishing payments with Afterpay. If you have a question or concern about your. Do not send returns back to AfterPay.
Exchanges
a) When filling out the return form you have the option to select Return or Exchange. Should you choose to exchange, the customer will get a one time opportunity to exchange the items without being charge the return label fee.
Payments
a) Payments can be made by PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or AfterPay You must be able to confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is your own, or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it.
b) All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Pippa & Pearl, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT. All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using secure third party online payment gateways that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
Events outside our control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control, including (but not restricted to) fire, flood, severe weather, explosion, war, act of terrorism, industrial dispute, or acts of local or central Government or other competent authorities. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Entire agreement
a) These terms and conditions and other notices elsewhere on our website contain the whole agreement between us and you relating to the supply of products.
b) No other terms or conditions will form part of the Contract, unless agreed by us in writing and signed by an authorized Pippa & Pearl employee.
Our right to vary these terms and conditions
We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time. You will be subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time that you order products from us.
Law and jurisdiction
a) This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of use of this website, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
b) The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within the United States. All contracts are concluded in English and no public filing requirements apply.

International Returns
International return labels are at the buyers expense. International customers must purchase their own return label and ship the package back to:
